I use this media with a plasma 50 'which weighs nearly 40kg, no worries about the strength of the arm, even fully deployed (~ 50cm offset) that does not flinch. The screws (lag screws) and plugs supplied for wall mounting fulfill their role very well (I had some doubts, but I can influence all of my weight without it does not move), provided you use them on a suitable wall (solid concrete) otherwise (hollow wall or plasterboard) it will procure the screws / bolts required separately. TV quoted different screws are included, fasten what most models. The spirit level mounted on the base is just (controlled with a real level), by the same against the right base setting is hard not to end up with the TV leaning to one side or the other (or 1 2 degrees), this is due to the inevitable play in joints and unfortunately there is no adjustment to compensate ... This is the limit of a single-arm ... can optionally limit the phenomenon by clamping joints but suddenly all becomes hard to "maneuver", and an angle will always be present. In short, all this good value for money when you see the prices in supermarkets, but do not be too demanding either. Can be set to prefer the two arms Jago sold at a similar price on Amazon (with less ports). I have not tested this model, but "on paper" with both arms should be more consistent.
Finally, regarding the shipment, even if I received it "in time", the sender has to do 2-3 days from the package, while just sending by DHL, which I shifted my planned installation of one week. This is significant given the relatively high amount of shipping costs.
EDIT after a few months of use: the TV that leans to the right or left depending on the position is quite annoying in the long run, the problem still exists even in tightening the time axes in time, which makes the whole more difficult to change position. In short, it is not to be expected from the top-level at this price, but I'm beginning to wonder if I will not change it, so it's perhaps not a real economy ...
