The tablet was controlled to be offered with the birthday of a friend on the brink of a humanitarian trip. The new product was received well packaged and on time (2 days before the birthday), unfortunately the headset was missing in the box that appeared to have been opened. After contact with the Amazon chat customer service, I did not find a solution to recover the headset other than returning the tablet from Amazon, not procedure in this case because the person who received the gift left the country for a tour abroad for several months. All the solutions proposed by the contact unsuitable in timing, despite the goodwill of customer service, it's a shame that the procedures are so burdensome because it would have been easier to send the headset complement rather than to go through a full return, especially that the tablet is working properly. It was the first time I ordered a product of this value at Amazon, I think in the future I'll be careful.
Regarding the tablet, according to my friend she is very good, it's good value for money.
