I had begun fairly new to the Nordic Walking and had during my cure only the rubber tips. On the Twist & Go tip I would like to do without today! I run both asphalt roads, as well as forest roads and have to say that I quite "the SHIFT" several times during a tour. It is also handy that you can ausklicken the hand straps, because with loop-the-floor, I get the point not by rearranging the top (yet). The sticks springs a little more than my sticks that I had at the spa - but it's not uncomfortable. For clatters nix. As for the floor length, the poles really have to try. I had (from another company) in my cure only 110cm (Height 1,67cm), but they were a bit too long to me. I then tried 105s and the fit. Here, in these Swix poles, so I have ordered and found that those who were now too short 105s from my experience. I then switched to the 110's and the sticks are perfect now. Beginners I recommend if you are in between two fixed sizes, but rather to take the bigger size because with the time when you can do better, you get away with it then my experience well clear.
