I first connected the webcam, it was immediately recognized and the driver is installed automatically. After you install the latest Logitech software the new driver was installed. This left me with the result that when connecting the webcam after 5 seconds a blue screen (BSOD 0x1000008e in lvuvc.sys) appears and my laptop abschmiert. This happens every time. There are many entries in the Logitech forum with exactly the same error. This affects all recent Logitech Webcams. The error only occurs on AMD Athlon systems. A user has found a solution: old driver / uninstall software and an old software install [...] The error has been around you !!! the last year. This is madness for such a large company that really has not yet fixed.
