Wireless System:
- First, I would like those who always say "Ne Bluetooth keyboard you can forget because not all the characters come to" ... say that this does not apply to this keyboard.
- The keyboard and mouse are both wireless. Only the recharging mouse is wired.
- The batteries in the keyboard hold more than 100 days (batteries included) and the mouse when it is fully charged approximately 10 days. So you can connect the charging station quietly away from the PC.
- With a password protection when installing the transmission system between the PC and the mouse / keyboard is also safe from neighbors who have the same keyboard / mouse.
The Keyboard:
- The keyboard itself is processed almost perfect in my opinion. On the left side are the keys for controlling the media player. The F keys all have a second occupation to open programs such as Inet Explorer, Outlook or Internet.
- In addition, the keyboard has a key to the PC to go into standby mode.
- The LCD display shows the time, the current grade music, the temperature and the number of keys pressed.
- What I find especially good that whenever you press the Caps Lock key, a warning tone from the keyboard is, and you can respond quickly.
The Mouse:
- It has a Hauptscrollrad as by now have all mice and in addition one to the thumb position, to switch between the windows back and forth.
- The wheel comes with a self-adjustable speed in the unresisting mode. The wheel is then rotated completely without resistance, which the scroll down very pleasant and comfortable makes. It is very comfortable to hold and each key is individually assignable by the supplied software. (It is, however, not suitable for left-handed !!!)
Conclusion:
- The reason why it's only 4/5 stars that you, as opposed to the considerably cheaper G15 has fewer features.
- I lack in particular the lighting of the keyboard and the programmable buttons (One could here all the special features of the F-keys (except possibly omit 3-4), since these are not always used in my opinion.)
- In addition, a disadvantage for gamers that the Windows key is not locked, and you polish off so by now and then is thrown out of the game.
=> Thus, I personally feel that the keyboard for gamers is less interesting than the G15 or the consequence models.
=> However, for all other people who write longer texts, for example, it is very Perfectly fit and I can only recommend.
