I bought me this lamp because a co-worker had it and I was really jealous. The brightness is excellent (added as others will write here the decrease with life, but whether it works on an expected level, I can not judge now, indicated are 100,000 h rated), tested in 80m long, dark rooms where one can then identify all on the opposite wall without problems. Here then the light focusing is doing very well, depending on whether you need large or very spot-targeted illumination.
The second light-emitting function, namely the quick flash, in my opinion, is a great safety feature. So you can in a dark place between several people held machines very quickly get the perhaps vital attention. Compared to other safety factors such as normal reflector jackets etc., it has the advantage that you can get this attention even if no direct visual contact with the operator.
Other little things, but they are very practical, are the belt hook and the wrist strap, so you really can have the lamp always and does not lose it. Thanks to the good weight (within the meaning of well-balanced) and the surface finish is comfortable to hold the lamp, but without being too small or easy as that would cause them to fall with heavy work gloves.
The rechargeable battery is a definitves Plus, as the included and to be used as an alternative module for use by three AAA batteries, the battery should make it out limp. But that neither I nor my colleagues happened during our long working days.
Whether the splash protection is as good as I hope to be seen, but so far I had no problems in humid or tropical environments. Even the explosion protection (Say protection against sparks) is a must in many a working environment, of course because I can only hope that the as good as described. Unfortunately, there is no exact latter certification of an anchor knew inspection.
A few words about the delivery and the packaging: The biggest advantage of the nice storage box is that there is a German and English Minimal instructions and product description is incorporated. Otherwise, a normal cardboard box with magnetic closure (ie not very robust).
The price of this lamp is acceptable, I see many advantages over other, sometimes much more bulky and less bright flashlights. I am very zufreiden with the purchase and hope that the promised me Sicherheitsfuktionen will not let you down.
