Good workmanship - bad light!
Did the 5 floodlights mounted in the garage illuminate this.
However, we are of the specified light output about as far away as the earth from the sun.
Light is warm white, but light up my 5 watt LED bulb is brighter than this 20 watt spotlight !!!
