Have the Hero3 Black Christmas get directly from GoPro Germany. The camera did not work right from the start off. Of 10 times it has switched to 9 suspended 8 times. Only battery has out purely then used. If it worked once the performance was indeed as expected noise down to a still elevated in the dark. But now back to the main problem. The support from GoPro. Email answers after days and then with standard statements After we repeated the steps of Hard Reset, Firmware Update Manual and Automatic, Various SD cards and also no played out had I was told I should send the camera at my expense directly in the United States for repair. Customs and VAT also at my expense because these are obtained in the re-entry after the repair. After long negotiation then the solution for 30 day return exchange. So I got back after multiple nachhacken an RMA and the camera has been picked up. By tracking I could see that it arrived the next day at GoPro in the Netherlands. Since I'm waiting for the money and it is now for several weeks. Demands that I make almost daily be dismissed answers either not or with standard. "That takes please wait." Now have an ultimatum then there will be a display.
Have now for 2 months the money away and no camera. A ruined holiday for the camera was purchased.
Can only every Congratulate who has caught a working model otherwise I fear is the camera as a disposable product of GoPro Constructs, at least, the GoPro support the case.
