Made excellent photos, and actually provides easy reach speeds of 1/100 in low and ISO 100 or 200 max. For cons, I wonder about the real interest to opt for the 1.4, the 1.8 being largely cheaper. I took this one, but it's true that the ridiculous depth of field 1.4 and vignetting fact that we do not use it very often.
And watch huh, APS-C, it is equivalent to the 75mm! If you want a fixed focal length 50mm (one that supposedly corresponds to human vision) it is rather the 32-35mm that you need.
But for my part I am very satisfied, but you know what you buy!
