The adapter is stable and fits well into the slot provided. It was a little hard to insert the card with the adapter together, because the SIM card "down" is my phone and thus fall out again. With Tesa my daughter has the map then held on the adapter "up" until both went inside, while the Tesa piecewise deducted again. Once inside, everything was great. However, not suitable for permanent exchange for various mobile phones in my opinion. I would recommend the adapter anyway, since it represents a very reasonable alternative. You do not need a new SIM card with the telephone company to order.
