The price for this 2TB large plate is fine - especially if you know that you can not only use this only for Mac. Just reformat to NTFS and use it as an external drive for Windows PCs. Great alternative when you consider that a Western Digital in the "new" My Book Essential Edition series this senseless Smart Back-Up Software Installation expects of which make these plates available only as a virtual Iso-back-up drive (and to all are abound neither de-installable yet formatted). Clear Best Buy !!!
