Now I do the exercises for 4 weeks, and feel that it just goes better. Once you get out, how the Muscle Wing brings to swing you can train the whole body. I have not run into the studio, but need no major equipment have a large training effect. By the way I've been practicing the therapist with a round bar, but I find this flat bar is more effective. In my opinion this is not a big investment and you do really something for your health.
