This product I call now for almost 2 weeks my own. Here is a brief summary of the advantages and disadvantages:
+ Noble, yet unobtrusive design (in my Kia Rio works the sun visor with clamped Jabra to normal, that is, it is not apparent, although the speakerphone keeps bombenfest)
+ Good workmanship
+ Connects quickly with the Bluetooth device (in my case with my smartphone SGS2)
+ Easy operation
+ Good quality of speech and music output through the car speakers
+ Good voice output via the built-in speakers
+ Reasonable battery life and fast recharge time (1.5 to 2 hours)
+ Useful and appropriate in scope, ie brief guide
+ Voice Function (all steps as the caller's name, when you are dialing radiofrequency, battery warnings, etc. are clearly informed by a female voice)
- Limited quality of music output via the built-in speakers
- Agglomerations with many radio stations, so if there is little free frequencies, or in vast stretches of motorway, so the frequencies can change often, the envoy from the speakerphone to the car speakers under noisy (the music) (background noise), resulting in the entails that you have to look for a new, unused frequency. More below.
Functionality:
Now a little more detail for those of you who have not yet dealt with this subject. The Jabra Cruiser 2 is not only a hands-free, but also a so-called FM transmitter. Both methods only work over Bluetooth.
For time operation you have to follow these steps:
1. Unpacking, an immediate recharge is not absolutely necessary, because the battery at the factory is already loaded approximately 1/3.
2nd language change in German (default language = English), which is very easy with the included Quick Start Guide, the guide is easy to understand
3. Activate Bluetooth Jabra (press a button is sufficient)
4. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone
4a. and even the phone book is synchronized automatically. The purpose is that the handsfree is called the caller name when an aspiring call. Very handy, because only then the eyes stay where they belong, namely directed to the traffic ahead.
4b. Wait. The synchronization took me about 5 minutes (for 150 phonebook entries).
5. In the car the Jabra hands-free via the "terminal" lock on the sun visor. That works just fine. The speakerphone will not budge.
6. Jabra turn.
7. Activate Bluetooth in the phone, Jabra is detected immediately, then click on "Connect" and enter the security code once (the code is factory-0000).

Now, this system can be used!

optional steps for the use of the FM transmitter:
8. FM activate the handsfree (only one button press)
9. Jabra now searches automatically a free radio frequency, z. B. 85.10, this is the user informed by a woman's voice, which unfortunately relatively "robotically" sounds.
10. The notified rate you have now on the radio set (recommendation: put a space)
11. Music (z. B. MP3's or Internet radio stations) on the phone and select Play.
12. enjoy music on the car speakers in CD quality.
12a. If the frequency is suddenly disturbed by a radio station (for long journeys possible), you simply press a button (+ or -). Jabra is looking for the next available frequency, it is found quickly and again communicated loud and clear. Then you have to change only the car radio frequency accordingly and that's it.
