Anyone who has played parts in recent years, is likely to be found in Madden25 quickly cope. Selection of moves, key assignment and basic gameplay is as usual liquid by hand. What's new (at least to me), are the PreSnap options. Now you can change its Offense or Defense just before the snap again in detail. What problemos on offense funzt (One Time has indeed until the play clock is ticking down), sometimes degenerates into the Defense made in hectic. They want the secondary forward and the D-Line pull something apart and take the HB because of permanent screen passes in Marking? This can sometimes be scarce. But is also realistic somewhere. Because in real football, the offense does not wait indeed until the Defense and has set up the best possible way.
What struck me at the PreSnap settings (Defense): If, as expected, a move a passport and it is a run is the little dramatic generally. If, however, one that you would expect a run and it is a pass, is usually always a mismatch which a "Big Play" result has because the CBs no longer pay attention seemingly on the WR. Something stupid in my opinion. Namely I feel that the CPU across the board far too little progress (think 5 plays is just a run), so that you can also be set mainly in a "3 short" to pass. To prepare for a run would be due to the aforementioned mismatch risk too dangerous (I am referring solely to the PreSnap option of Defense and not to the Defense formation per se).
I play now my 3rd season and still inexpensive rum on the slider settings. Personally a realistic gameplay is more important than anything else. Besides occasional "low-scoring" include results (also a 13: 3/14: 7 there must be times) also comprehensible as possible statistics. It was hardly possible to start with the default settings. I had at the beginning, for example, by far the fewest yards allowed and even though my pass defense was rather lower third. But since I do during the season just 460+ rush yards allowed (The CPU "noticed" pretty fast that hardly what was going on runs and then uses almost always only in passing), I had to because screws which, quasi the CPU " motivate "often times to pull the running game into consideration. I also had my mitigate massively beginning to dominates running game as well as the silly high number of interceptions that my defense began redzuieren. Furthermore, were completely neglecting the default settings the backups. The starters never exhausted so much so that they had time for a few plays on the bench. After round 60 games I approach slowly setting the "realistic" are to my mind. There is on the subject Slider on the net countless discussion threads and suggestions Slider. I highly recommend if you enjoy the game has to experiment with the settings to create a perfect person for himself playing experience.
Game modes are fun ... both franchises (since their own modes as a player, coach and owner) and Ultimate Team. When Ultimate Team annoys me only the mass of "Cheese Play". Since 4. Attempts are some cases is played consistently and brought out 5 times the Fakepunt at a 2. Have been 3 Online UT season games made (2 wins 1 loss) and all were kind of "weird". But for motivated improving the team and collect.
Great I imagine the online franchise mode. A season with friends (and free team takes over the CPU) incl. Draft etc. Unfortunately, in my circle of friends plays no Madden. Therefore, I will probably never benefit from this mode. When I saw the extent to which the online league mode comes, I asked myself why the FIFA series nicnt times nearly as something gets out.
Biggest negative point in my opinion is the presentation of the game. At half-time there are only a few unkind Statistics and after the game is also presented all rather boring. I seem to remember that it is the already much better there (keyword: television studio or was it just the 2005 Football by 2K Sports?). Graphically the game is ok but not great. Animations, however, are really well done. I drool every time a bouncing ball carrier gets in the air 'nen Hit. As already hurts the hingucken.
Conclusion: Successful football game with weaknesses in the presentation, which is only a simulation by "tweaking" of the slider. Recommended for football fans. Whether it is worth buying for owners of its predecessor, can not say unfortunately ICB.
