It's a really good place to start for beginners and very good use as a travel tripod.

With its 1000 grams you can lug it well.
The build quality is awesome for the price - as we know it from Cullmann!
The stand holding my Canon 50D and my Canon 70-200 hassle free and stable.
The 3-way head is well with this weight clear the adjustment is very smooth rolling!

Strong buy recommendation!
