I am very satisfied with this headset regarding the volume and sound quality. However, be careful if you use the extension on which the volume control is located. Indeed, the life of the latter is about 3 months. I bought a helmet early July 1st, 2011, the end of September I returned to Amazon because at the jack extension, there was like a bad contact, which engendered variations in volume. Amazon exchanged me, but same problem after 3 months. Also, I expect delivery of my helmet to third this week (2nd exchange of Amazon). Fortunately it is guaranteed for 2 years! And thank you! Amazon for your trade policy, as the exchange or refund have been offered to me. Why not change the model, you say? Because I'm very happy with the level of use and the price is correct. I use it for jogging, 3 times a week (1h to 1h45). Finally, I hope that the jack of the extension of the 3rd newest helmet will last longer. Maybe Sennheiser had information that lifts and the latent defect has been fixed ... Do not hesitate to tell Amazon whether you have had the same problem for Sennheiser its product more reliable. Good, hoping that in three months, I have not yet exchanged once my helmet!
