Never heard before - a salt that tastes like eggs. I've tried it and made tofu scrambled eggs with it. My recommendation is not to give the salt in the Tofumasse itself because when frying the eggs taste is lost and the whole is very salty then. Better give very little salt in the ground and then season at the end with Kala Namak. So even vegans can finally enjoy again a scrambled egg. Great Thing :)
