Have bought 2 lamps (one on Amazon) and one of them used as the outside entrance lighting, as in the figure and the other inside the corridor. This I did but flipped grown and used without the glazing. Thus the impression arises to have a brazier on the wall. As bulbs I have a 10W LED lamp that emits substantially upward and the light casts diffuse on walls and ceilings. So you have a shadow-free undisturbed light from a very beautiful light throughout the room. However, one must not look so exactly in the processing of light. The lamp holder is of a crooked heavily rusted (yes, there is nothing with stainless steel) held angle, which had to be first expanded and directed, so that the lamp socket is reasonably straight. But the appearance makes up for it.
