I have my Zen Micro now for almost 6 months! Unfortunately I had to change in already 2 times !!! The first time after about 4 months the headphone jack was broken. I had to send in him and got about 2weeks later a new one. When I had these 3 days, however, the firmware was by this defect and I had him umtauschn again. My 3 so far I have now been about 2 weeks, and so far I'm back zufrieden.Wär the problem with the defective constant not, I would have given him 5 star, but it must not be that a Mp3_Player so often has any quirks. From the decor and the sound of her Zen Miro is just to empfhelen, he is just amazing. Hope you have more Glücj with yours.
