It perfectly matches my expectations. These shoes do not Shoe larger or too small and are perfectly in my foot size (42). The finish is almost perfect, apart from the seams between the leather cover and the hull, which I hope will not crack too fast.
The tongue is held therein by two rigid elastic, as well as the yaw upstream and downstream of the latter. The foot is well maintained.
For now, no heel pain sensation. They are not especially heavy, either. I wear them all day as part of my profession where I sometimes circulates in warehouses, production areas. They are ideal in an office environment where the 3 piece suit is not rigor (I am a computer). Their side a bit "Vans" are young and fit well with jeans.
I think these shoes are perfect if they are to be worn because of the rules in force in the company. Their aesthetics could be altered more prematurely for people working all day in the port area of safety shoes is mandatory.
Anyway, Carterpillar does not disappoint me at all and I recommend this model for people in need of a pair of somewhat unexpectedly safety shoes as part of their work.
