This lens is a great value for the money. The construction quality is outstanding and the pictures are stunning! I have it installed in my Lumix GF1 and it works perfect. Put the camera in Aperture Priority Mode (A) and use the Manual Focus Assist to focus on the subject. It works well in the Lumix GX1 to. Similar lenses from OEM manufacturer's cost 3 times as much. If you are not a super professional photographer, this lens will be more than enough for you.
