That I frankly lacked money and proteins so I selected this makes me x3 2.10 kilos (in competition higher price x2) Well, I do not know if it is an optical effect but since my body was missing a lot of protein and I train very intensely for two years, my arms have already changed much. Just taste that I do not like but it's really really high. I love the colors of the packages and also the fact that they are closed again after opening. I would resume that's for sure!
