In itself, the G400 is a top quality product, just as you would expect from Logitech. However, as already mentioned above, this time saved the cord. This is very rigid and thin. A cable break is here virtually already preprogrammed. I have made sure that nothing is in the way the cable, so I hope I prevent the cable break on the few customers here already complained.
Otherwise, everything was great. The mouse is high-quality and the buttons have a crisp tactile feedback. Besides the mouse wheel could lock a little harder for me. But that's probably. also a matter of habit.
Handling:
The mouse is great in the hand and even in fast and frantic shooter games you do not slip off and all buttons are within easy reach. I've tested the mouse on my wooden desk and a commercially available cloth mouse pad and it works on both substrates without delay. That's all there at this point not to say.
Features:
Of this I was excited the most. Connect After I immediately downloaded the Logitech Gaming Software and thus the mouse plays only really shows its strengths. All buttons can be individually configured and the sensitivity can be adjusted from 200 dpi up to 3600 dpi in 50 steps. Class !!! Small gripe of mine, but not significant in the evaluation ... After starting his PC, the mouse jumps to the default setting of 800 dpi. That does not bother me personally, but not 3 times pressed on the "+" button and you've got his preferred setting. The first day I took advantage of me since 2400 DPI 3600 DPI were too fast. This setting was also stored by the software. The mouse uses the USB connector to 1000Hz, but this value can be runterregeln via software up to 125Hz.
Conclusion: I would not hesitate to recommend the mouse. If you do not constantly somewhere off met with the mouse and the cable has free rein, there should be no cable break. Straight through the software they leaves no wish unfulfilled. So sure Download :)
