With the small ankle strap shoes can be securely fastened without constricting. Thus, a good stop for sure. Every now and then (when the feet get stuck down in the foot muff) slips even a shoe from the foot, but really rarely.
They keep very warm and look very cute. We have already been approached by many people that they are very cute. I would buy again and recommend buying necessarily :-)
