I wavered on the lookout for an absolutely natural salt initially between various Himalayan and Kalahari deserts salts, but decided finally - for environmental reasons - for this directly originating from Germany Ursalz. What can I say: It tastes great, clumped virtually impossible, trickles easily and free of any unwanted additives such as iodine, fluorine, folic acid, flow aids, mold release agents, etc. In addition to sodium containing (great-) rock salt and other minerals and trace elements, which manifests itself in taste. I'm very satisfied.
