Great season of a great series, unfortunately incomplete

The ninth season of Criminal Minds is exciting and worth seeing.
Unfortunately, there are for the "execution" at this point deduction.
1. gripe - Episode 17 'Persuasion' simply stops 38.5 minutes. It is missing the end, which at least for Reid fans is quite important for my research.
2. gripe - result from 16 'Gabby' is made with German subtitles, it suddenly goes further with German synchronization. This is nowhere indicated, on the contrary - the result items are further specified in English with the addition of subtitles.
3. gripe - Episode 24 'Demons' is missing. After 'to be continued' a result that leaves a curious, there is the second part of the season finale just not. And I complain not even the fact that I pay for each episode - that's the price for being able to see it already. But when the season is already available, but then please complete.

And before again criticisms are loud that only the series is to be assessed - it is an evaluation of the product. And that includes not only the quality of the series as well, whether it is complete or as the price-performance ratio. Because only if I also get for my money, what I expect and am satisfied with it, I can the product is positive (ie, five stars) rate.
