Friday my phone was brought, the passed five working days of the following week and then on Tuesday I had my smartphone back fully functional. And all this at no cost to me.
CONCLUSION: A completely free for me claims in a very short time. Likewise, the staff were with whom I had contact very friendly and competent.
I am very pleased with the service and can put the insurance every smartphone owner warmly. Finally, it is already annoying enough, if a device breaks down, if you then but also carry the costs themselves must annoys you twice.
