I have a camcorder for Christmas bought for my father with associated warranty extension from ERGO Direkt. This I concluded already on 30.11.12 from the purchase. 1 day later, the contract as email came already! The withdrawal period is normally 14 days. Since my father the camcorder but not like I sent it back to Amazon back. The insurance was egtl loud deadline. no longer be canceled. But Ergo has legally canceled accommodating to my request immediately without discussion, extended warranty and I got my money back. Now that is great service !!!
