I like like this shampoo. Since I like to use alternate diverse shampoos, I use this here about 1 times a week. It nourishes the hair and smells pleasantly discreet (where me is not so important, the main thing the right care). In my opinion one can well do without a rinse or cure afterwards. Especially recommended for long hair in my view.
