Great sound but the cable is inferior :-(

- The outer carton

The carton has presented no cubic centimeter of air. That the product is not necessary, because it shines not by size, but as desired by big sound in a small package!

- The protective sheath

From the carton is a hard shell protective case. Beautifully crafted with zipper. This dish is centrally hinged diagonal. No fumbling, no, beautifully until firmly seated, the two speakers in piano finish in the dish. With this dish, they can be wonderful to take anywhere. The piano finish of robust, gentian blue plastic casing looks great. But without a case would probably not long what's left of it. But with the protective sheath solution I leave I liked that.

- The Sound

Let's see what the kids can at full volume:

10Hz sine. The speakers vibrate clearly visible with a stroke of 2mm 10x per second. Madness. The deep bass are therefore given by the amplifier fully on the membranes. 160Hz - 300Hz is here, incredibly for as little boxes, already resonance ago. These frequencies are loud and full. Still no clanking or rattling.

400Hz to 11kHz. It is now highly uniform. Every now and then pierce individual frequencies times with nem half dB forth, but overall, the frequency response is very uniform.

12kHz upwards. Here is the end of terrain. Now beatings and other frequencies mix in, do not belong here. But whatever. There are just expected no Hochtonbändchenqualitäten :-) In German means that hiss or the Hi-Heads are transferred not completely clean the drums.

Left - Right channel: Short turned on the controller: Yes, the loudspeakers are cleanly separated in the channel! Here was neither cheated on the cable nor the internal amplifier. Stereo remains stereo.

Thus, the sound is also technically measured really about. The box has its strength in the higher bass and vocal range. What more do you want. These are precisely the areas that matter. - Volume

- Cable

Conclusion: If you want to lie comfortably on a picnic blanket in nature to look at rich music in the sky and dream, so has the perfect pit. Anyone who thinks so to operate your home cinema is wrong :-)

Update on Dec 2014:

- The battery life is really great. One charge is sufficient for us with daily evening audiobook listening a month. Specifying 10h running time is probably calculated at maximum volume and booming music. For low volume and with audio book speaker of the battery lasts super long.

- The cable to the 3.5 mm jack plug to the headphone jack of the MP3 player has been given a bad contact, which is getting worse. And the daily after only 3 months of use. Therefore two star deduction. I have a new plug rangelötet and behold. The cable is processed very cheap. It is not shielded and the strand diameter are minimal. For the audio transmission, the sufficient, but not for the movements of the cable by the use.
