Have two Omni 20 now can already buy, probably were in M ... M ... the boxes on offer because a Harman-Kardon was on site as early promoter. At the launch I had waited and was not disappointed with the style, the quality and the sound. Installation was easy, the Omni 20 have unlike the Omni 10 an internal power supply, the flat provided plug into the outlet, install the app from HK, with the available router (Fritz box) via WPS or enter the WLAN key on the Android / Apple app connect and then enjoy the typical warm Harman Kardon sound. Who the WLAN key by typing app must then launch the app in order for the connection is re-established with the own router. Myself I run the two Omni 20 in stereo mode. It's great, you do not need additional cables, even when playing music from the Tab via Bluetooth. A box can be freely selected master and transmits the respective Linke- or right signal wirelessly to the other box. A temporal offset seems to be no problem here. Only starts the music in this arrangement the first track two seconds later. After that, everything is chic !! The system is extremely flexible. When transmitting via Bluetooth I have perceived no audible sound deterioration. The app itself is probably not yet ready, here there will likely be steady improvements and enhancements by Harman Kardon. So lack of access to home servers and other networks, also lack the known streaming services. The volume control / balance in stereo mode also has its pitfalls, but there have also further not experimented, wanted to first hear only the very balanced sound image from classical to rock and pop.
Update 12/07/2014 The sound is fantastic, very spatially, fine dynamics and balanced. We also hear more about very much. Amazing what comes here, so compact speakers out !! The quality is in transmitting via wireless but better. (Clean / well-tempered, not synthetic) My 5.1 system with receiver and passive speakers can not keep up. The app for Android has been updated, now the volume and balance in 2.0 stereo mode works reliable inter alia the setting. Further improvements with respect to the control level are to be expected. There is still much room for improvement. Am looking forward ....
