I bought the tarpaulin / Ganzgarage for my eBike because this is too hard to make it constantly up the basement stairs or carry down! The bike fits perfectly under the tarp ... even with mounted dog basket on the luggage rack. The Rundumgummizug is stretchy. In my case, I'm starting back to pull the tarp over the wheel and basket and clamp the tarp under the rear wheel and pull them up front under the front wheel. On the one hand the tarp is then ever fixed and the wheel completely protected. In front is also a buckle inside ... one can draw well for securing the spokes. For safety, I span but still a tension belt around the dog basket, so that the tarpaulin is really excited. Because if it sags, rainwater collects on the tarpaulin.
For rain-proof I can not say much at the moment. So far, the water was always on top of the tarp ... or gathered without additional stress in an emerging depression. The waterproofing must be checked even longer.
But all in all makes the tarpaulin a good and robust. Another practical feature is the small enclosed pocket for the tarpaulin when it is not needed. However, the case is quite small and it takes a while until you have almost completely stowed the plan in it.
Opposite the cheap Bike Plan at the discount I can recommend it here. The Plane at the discount was already broken before it was ever very excited about the bike and was torn!
