You can play with one or two wii motion plus joysticks, or even without (Free mode), and some exercises are planned for the balance board (merengue). You can play alone or in pairs.
Several activities are proposed:
Dance aerobics, hip-hop, Latin dance (salsa, samba, merengue)
Martial arts: boxing, karate, karate kata
Wellness: yoga and pilates, stretching
Fitness Madness: small games (swimming, dancing, pizza maker, demolition and hacker attacks)
Initiation to quickly understand the game mechanics and the indications on the screen to make the right moves. Motion recognition of wiimotes or balance is good. One must be very rhythmically, and put enough energy if requested. The music of each activity is well paced, and exciting. The votes of each "coach" of activity are nice and encouraging and motivating.
As usual, we have access to the beginning just a few simple exercises for each activity. It unlocks the following exercises as and measuring our training, thanks to the time spent playing or our success rate (We win medals.). Our progress is also visible in our mii who wanders on a globe after each exercise, 90 steps to go around the world.
It also unlocks after several years, a fashion personalized exercise program, which helps to create twenty personal sessions.
Also very interesting, the way personal coach. You can choose the type of activity or purpose (fat burning, anti-stress, toning ...), or an area of the body to do work in particular. The exercises are well paced, short initially and more complex and longer thereafter (30 seconds to karate kata about thirty minutes for the last aerobic exercise, yoga or dance, or even 50 minutes for boxing!).

past or calories burned for 1 week, a month or a year.
Here, no real targeted weight training session, but it really spends on rhythm and tones his body. Do not forget to stretch at the end under pain of soreness.
