In principle, I find two individual devices (washer and dryer) still better, despite various experiences with washer-dryer. So if you have the space, should buy two individual devices prefer. Who uses for lack of space for a washer-dryer, have to make certain compromises. One can not, for example, a second load of laundry washed while the other is already in the dryer. So it consumes more time - a no-go just in larger households, but for singles and couples partially quite ok.
Visually, the AEG Lavamat Turbo L75650WD no real eyecatcher is (because I like the Samsung model better), but it's okay - and the most important thing are indeed the functions and not the optics (which also indeed is still a matter of taste!).
The AEG-washer-dryer has all important and necessary programs. When Samsung washer dryer I have a "delicates" program missed (I then always the "Wool" program taken), this is when AEG Lavamat Turbo L75650WD available. Even a wool / hand wash program there with this device! Nothing to be desired there for me. The handling is very intuitive and everything is well labeled, so that you can use without manual, the machine also soon. For me, this point is still very important. What use is a machine with many programs, if I look for it always has to first select them as I what? (Personally, I am inclined then to use only 1-2 programs, when it is too cumbersome - but do not worry, everything works great and is easy to understand!).
The noise is pleasant (although I must say that the AEG Lavamat is with us in the basement and it therefore does not play such a large role). In normal operation, the unit is fairly quiet. During spinning it wummert however already as a little as if an airplane would start. But what is really silent washing machine during the spin cycle? I am not yet met ...
What has bothered me on every washer-dryer (and this is no different): There is no fluff (probably can not build differently). I always wipe the Gummrirand the machine after drying off with a damp cloth. I welcome it, but that it is a special program for removing lint in the drum are in AEG Lavamat Turbo L75670WD (so that they do not adhere to the next wash with). Must from time to time plus the debris filter (bottom right in the flap) to be cleaned, which I think is always a bit awkward (because before the water must be drained manually).
Another negative point is the lack of anti-crease for me. Without this feature, the laundry is (especially if one takes not immediately) partially really strong wrinkled after drying.
Note that while the laundry in spite of long periods of drought was still damp with my old AEG Lavamat washing dryer, dissolved the successor model better. However, one must note for dry laundry that you load does not exceed the corresponding (max 4kg -. Depending on the program / content in some cases even less).
CONCLUSION: I think so, a washer-dryer replaced wonderful a washing machine - here me absolutely nothing wrong - and supplements these with corresponding drying performance. However, a proper dryer can not entirely replace such a device but. There has too many shortcomings (lack of fluff, no crease). All in all, definitely, if one simply has no room for two devices a recommendable device and can live with some reservations. I hope now that the device by holding longer than my previous washer dryer and so quickly shows no error message.
