Upon receipt of the steam mop H2O Mopx5 I was delighted. Unfortunately after three uses it started to heat up dangerously and stopped to provide steam. Returned to the seller it sent me immediately another device. I used it 2 times and even with the first mishap. This article is not really reliable, which I regret because it had some interesting features. The seller (Paris Fair fafas 75) to which I have just return the second device promised me a refund in a fortnight.
