I hereby would like to briefly review the recent erwobene Nagerhaus of Habau.
First, to the packaging: the Rodent House is delivered in its original box, but this is not a problem. Well packaged, no dents or otherwise.

The individual parts of the house rodents were well protected in the box, largely stabilized by styrofoam strips. I really liked that even small cushion between the components lay, so that the discs could not scratch.
I have the parts once unpacked and leave overnight in a separate, well-ventilated area. The pine smell was very strong, but much more bearable by said overnight. After that I did everything coated with a special glaze for wood, thus wet the wood can not harm (really recommended for those who play poker on longevity!). Since I already knew that I verbaue neither the house nor the paddles, I have omitted these same. As I have a non-toxic glaze and (almost) used odorless, it should also that other harmful substances are not urgently taken are included. Good glaze makes in this case from the norm DIN EN 71-3.
After everything had dried, we started to assemble with the second. This presented itself not particularly difficult, especially if you have a drill on hand (no one comes not far). The guide was really very clear. The nails were exemplary sorted into individual sachets with each letter. The wood itself really has a good quality, but very soft just only pretreated.
After assembly, we have set up the rest of Nagerhaus for our hamster. As a document on the ground in our opinion suitable for so-called "mats Rodent" perfectly. These are very soft and suck in addition to liquid when it so the hamster should dig all the way down and somehow manages to make the soil wet, would still be a barrier because that protects them. In addition, we have a lot of scattered hemp litter because this is very absorbing. As a third layer then came yet added cotton litter, which is also when opening the door down (we have not reversed the cage) does not fall out.
The cage is for our little ones really very big and exciting. The impeller we have put on the hill on the left. Here I recommend in addition to attach a small ladder, so that the rodent is also up and down. The cup we have not installed (me a little too small).
Everything else was perfect and wonderful looks really chic.
From us there's a clear 5 stars for such a great and very animal-friendly cage! I hope we could help in a possible buying decision.

Musician
