This close-ups not only fits a variety of lenses, but actually leads to amazingly good results.
The Raynox Super Macro is delivered in a practical plastic box and two plastic covers protect the lenses during transport. So this is ever fine. It is also good that a small guide included, as the close-up lens is used.
In my first attempts with a Canon EOS M and the 18-55mm EF-M lens I wondered first, why do I see anything and everything is completely blurred. The trick: With this close-ups I have to get closer to your subject. To facilitate precise focusing is needed with this DCR-250 intent a distance of around 11 cm (109mm) to the object.
Then, however, really sharp, very good images result in a truly significant magnification.
Important to know is that with smaller focal lengths makes the Super Macro for vignetting. So in my case I had to zoom in a little.
Overall, Raynox DCR-250 is a really cheap but effective and meaningful usable part, which is certainly recommended for anyone who wants to see the introduction to the macro photography without investing the same amount of money.
