The first shipment consisted of 4 incorrectly packaged toner containers, which were not compatible right from the construction form
and not consistent with the delivery documentation.
This first shipment was exchanged immediately without hesitation and initially without any further problems.
But then: a little printer which I have unfortunately found only after one year:
2 Of the then sent 4 pieces could be used at all,
because my printer she recognized from the outset immediately after installation to be empty.
And now no more exchange is of course possible.
It only remains of the anger at the "saved" shipping and the favorable "Third Party" !!!
So in summary: Nothing saved, but DOUBLE printing costs - really dearly.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
