Works perfectly. Handy adapter. For information, I'm on Windows 7. It's plug-and-play so no worries material recognition or driver. By cons, it is of course configure the controller with the emulator. For example, with snes9x, go in "Controller" then "Controller Configuration" and well set each button. A breeze. Really. I imagine also that those who complain that this adapter does not work does in fact not just set these parameters in the options for their emulator. It's plug-and-play, but it will always tell the emulator which knob controls each order, at least at first use. Good game.
