For me, it began with the Olympus E-3, now I have two E-5 in constant use! In short, I am completely satisfied. Light and shadow are everywhere even with Nikon, Canon, Sony, etc .; but those who seek a truly robust weatherproof camera, with which you can of course shoot tip pictures, and is wonderful in the hand, which they could check out. Although the trend in DSLRs is towards the full frame cameras; But here, I think, to act rashly many fail to recognize the great advantage with regard to the lens assembly of the Four Thirds system with its crop factor 2. Thanks to the housing of the E-5 built-in image stabilizer, I can z. B. with my Zuiko 50-200 mm zoom lens (equivalent to 400 mm mm film or full frame) even at long focal length freehand pictures. A tripod is required only for long exposures and low light conditions. Sympathetic to me is the fact that Olympus did not like Nikon and Canon new DSLR throws every five minutes on the market and ultimately to the woods no longer looks at the spoiled for choice for the trees!
