I bought this product there are 6 months. I have used it once to thirty sheets at the time of receipt, and then I left it in its packaging until future use. J 'had found the product quite effective at that time. Today I come away: the supports of the springs (now drills) are "glued", impossible to use. by returning the unit holds nothing against the base. Finally I realized that the base is so flimsy that it breaks through your fingers without excessive pressure, it is not even metal but a brittle composite ... Hidden defect? manufacturing problem? I do not doubt !!
