Basically, you can not complain about picture and sound quality absolutely. Both possess an HD image, as you'd expect. Both SD and HD reception in the picture looks really good.
The menu is quite spartan content, but less bother me, because you hardly use it except when initially setting anyway.

Because of this beep I have already approached me twice on the TechnoTrend Hotline. The first time when I had a 835er model with beep (January 2010), the hotline claiming yet true that this problem would not be known. In every forum, which deals with Hifi, this issue had been hotly debated. Here at Amazon already existed to recessions. Unit exchanged again. My second call, after I had ordered a 845er and the same problem occurred, was indeed confirmed to me that the problem was known at the 835er, but the "big brother" would not have this problem. Unfortunately, my TT 845 but had exactly the same annoying high-frequency beep. Well, this was also sent back.
Ultimately, I have, after I snapped a serial number in the Forum from which this beeping does not occur, a 3rd attempt and started me again opted for the 835er. Lo and behold, no beeping. Only when one is about 30-40 cm away from the receiver, you can hear a little noise, but what nich reverberate throughout the room and stab catchy at silent movie scenes. Therefore, I am finally, in spite of several start-up attempts, completely satisfied with this device.
