Healthy? Can be good. Tasty? Ansichtssache ...

My dear sister, I am constantly nervous ... uhhh, blessed with good tips for healthy nutrition and basic last Christmas with this 2 kilo pack forced happy healthy muesli. (Revenge can be so sweet, hehe! Finally they preach to me constantly, that one should eat basic, because too acidic is harmful ...)
Your joy remained - so I learned during the year - within limits. Your it tasted just passable.
To a large extent I can understand that well because the variety sounds exciting tastes but as boring as it should be healthy.

Anyway, I found a prima recycling method for unused cereal varieties, flakes, grains and such kind of cereal: I rub three apples on fine, Stir so long with cereal / flakes / grains (psyllium is great for this!) --- Up the mass is dry to soggy, then give more dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, chopped prunes or apricots) and many coarsely crumbled walnuts to play up the bulk (1 to 1.5 cm thick) on a baking sheet and dry (100%) / jaw (short for 5 minutes at 160 °) it in several stages - to muesli bars (one must then quickly cut).
This is exactly what this package was very well suited.
Now I have basic granola bars. ;-)

By the way, the enclosed packs WurzelKraft are also very tasty. Optimally to pimp the fruity variety to a plain yogurt, the spicy variety I gebröselt as decoration on pumpkin soup ...
