Heft good - service ... service ???

The book is wonderful and has actually
five star worthy. The service provider is the subscription for unfortunately very inflexible and standardized so that does not deal with personal requests. On several personal mails I got only interminable automated responses, at my request was not discussed, at least he was partly fulfilled (change the recipient's address in the subscription period).
