Here fit price and performance ...

The manufacturer must provide in his product description out the sound quality, a sleek design, the touch screen and graphics performance especially and I was curious if the Vaio can convince precisely these points. I use the notebook while traveling mainly for communication, or in order to move my office from the desktop to other places. I must say in advance that I'm not a computer specialist and can describe the notebook only layman. I hope my impressions may help anyway to come closer to a purchase decision.
The starting speed is pretty fast and the setting was intuitive and unfolds in a short time and I was here within minutes.

Equipped is the Vaio with Windows 8 operating system, what I feel personally used to, but that is certainly a matter of taste. The touch screen is easy to operate and react in an appropriate time, but I use it only reluctantly, because the glossy display shows every fingerprint and must be well cleaned after each use, otherwise it no longer looks good, also it reflects according to background and lighting conditions. The inspection area could be better in my opinion, because you have been sitting in front of the screen to get a good insight screen. The notebook in the sunshine with to take to the park or on the terrace is possible, but only if you take a limited view into account.

With the image quality I am very satisfied, photos and movies are very good and clean and razor (depending on the recording) appears sharp. In smaller games, the graphics card comes with well and has grown with good image quality fast image sequences. For more games that require high graphics performance, I use my desktop PC, because this may be the graphics card with its parameters but then not cope. The films are shown without stutter and the sound quality really convinced. Of course, music is in the headphones to better advantage than when you hear them only from the notebook speakers, but the speakers offer compared to many other notebooks also pure a very good sound.

Also positive is absolutely quiet operating noise and low heat generation are to be mentioned. I only wondered whether I grow me a notebook cooler, but until now, the heat generation stops even after many hours of runtime in borders, the bottom is only slightly warm and no trace of heating or even overheating. Maybe that will be relevant if the device is a bit older.
With the battery life I am also satisfied. The performance of 4 hours, which I first considered not maintainable maximum time will actually be achieved. Still to mention would be the keyboard and the touchpad - both respond well and there is no mention strikingly positive or negative points.
