- 1 body and a hard plastic cap,
- 3 blocks of feathers: 1.10, 1.50 and 2.30 mm,
- 3 short international cartridges of black ink + 1 vacuum to wedge in the previous body,
- "Models" are represented on a piece of paper. A small diagram indicates the drawing order of all the capital letters of the alphabet.
All this is delivered in a single packaging, molded, quite fragile.
The pen is a nice shape (length 17.5 cm), lightweight (about 6 g for the hood and 4 for the rest). A pretty little town silver ring with three blocks adorns the pen but is the trunk to each ink change and feathers. Anti-slip circular bands of the blocks are effective, though a bit hard (the same material as the pen).
The cap does not fit on the top of the pen (swims) and from / clipped on the body. This lack of flexibility.
Ink cartridges are curiously covered with a black plastic film. Rather ugly. But above all, the level is hidden. The ink is a black slop, or a very dark gray. With or without glasses, it depends ;-)
Appreciable: long international cartridges are compatible.
The feathers are thick, solid, rounded edges. They glide very well on paper. But the letters contours sometimes lack clarity. At times, the flow of ink stops, whatever the orientation of the pen. And it's not for lack of cleaning the changed blocks and ink.
I could override the rudimentary side of this calligraphy kit. But the lack of ink supply is final. The use of metal pens (the pen), do not ask myself this problem.
