After having tested various ginseng supplements, I ended with this product. High doses and inexpensive, I have nothing to complain about at Swanson preparation and currently do not know any better alternative. The effect is similar to that of other ginseng preparations: regulation of blood pressure, improved blood flow (vasodilation), concentration increase (slightly) and increased well-being and better stress defense. One should not expect miracles from this means expected, but if you feel exhausted and distracted, you can even try to get the symptoms with a ginseng cure under control. Mir has at least helped it.
