I was looking for an alternative to the gym (do there anyway almost exclusively courses ...) and a friend had loaned me Billy. Then I ordered the whole set and no regrets. It is really very demanding (especially Level 1-Basic training and level 4-Ultimate). One comes relatively quickly rein in the exercises. But it definitely helps if you bring some course experience from the gym! Billy is also regularly tips on what to watch out. From my own experience I recommend to take it easy with the kicks at the beginning calm slowly) also should consult with potential physical "defects" before a doctor. But this is true in my eyes for each workout, what you would like to start ... Who does not feel sufficiently demanded by the exercises (I already had the same once a beautiful muscles;)) who can use the supplied straps. Initially quite some getting used to handle! But all in all a round thing that makes a lot of fun and really motivated !!!
