My new SanDisk UHS-II SD card (SanDisk SDHC Extreme Pro 32GB, UHS Speed Class 3, UHS-II, 280 MB / sec) brought it with my UHS-I card reader, unfortunately, only 5 - 10 MB / s. That was me then too slow. I almost bought the expensive Sandisk UHS-II card reader - also because there is no alternative, according to various websites. At the last second I am still met with the Kingston G4. I was able to find any tests associated with UHS-II cards on the net, got it then, but due to the low price and the good name of Kingston risked.
To make a long story short, the part is highly recommended. Very solid made of metal. The card can be replaced while the Reader in USB port plugged. Separate slots for SD and micro SD cards.
And the most important thing! The speed suits. Blackmagic Disk Speed Test (Mac): Write 120 MB / s, read 200MB / s Windows 8 copy function: Write 70 MB / s, read 85 MB / s (as is probably the HDD bottleneck)
I am very satisfied and can only recommend the card reader.
