I only buy the same that are 5 years for my vehicle, and if the previous lasted "only" 5 years (normal Battery life varies depending on the make and use, average of 4 to 8 years), it is entirely my fault: I had not closed my chest, thus leaving lit without knowing the inner light ... and as I had noticed in me that two days later, the battery was normally damn (remember that any car battery that remains flat to 48 hours without recharging is inexorably HS, it will store more electricity we give it). I still tried a slow recharge with the appropriate device and there, surprise, Fulmen raised while the same manipulation had failed with the former MOPAR Fulmen replaced my Chrysler (disappointed with the original MOPAR I made an adaptation of the US cabling so as to put the batteries to European connectors). Even if it had only given a few weeks to suspend this Fulmen (she still wavered gradually start then recharging is insufficient and my trips were not long enough to make up), I was at least given time to provide for its replacement (for the same model so), instead of having to call a tow truck as with batteries that drop you off guard ... With Fulmen we still have products of consistent quality in my opinion, and seen as these batteries are "hard to kill" I am firmly convinced that my new copy of FA640 will last beyond 5 years, as long as I refrain from redo my stupidity. With low-cost batteries contrary it is the lottery: besides the fact that all sizes and all the amps are not necessarily available for "exotic" cars, certainly you will pay less, the battery may have 1 4 chance of lasting 10 years, but surely 3 of 4 chances not to 5 years!
